The newly married couple was excited to find a great townhome in a quiet little neighborhood where they could begin their new life. But, making it their dream home was going to take a little work. The homeowners envisioned a comfortable home environment, where they could unwind after a long work day or entertain friends and family on the weekends. The unfinished basement provided the floor space they needed to create their retreat.
A finished basement provides ample floor space for guests to congregate and allows for the upstairs living room to be reserved for more formal occasions. The home theatre, wrap around couch, and gas fireplace help create the ambiance for the couple to enjoy a relaxing evening together. The ‘pub’ style bar, card table room, and open floor plan easily accommodate a night entertaining friends and family. The result – a true oasis!
